This is a multi-channel SACD featuring a performance of alchemy crystal bowls, which contain harmonic components at frequencies far beyond the audible range. The album title is said to derive from the effects of the abundant high-frequency components. By playing multiple crystal bowls simultaneously, a complex sound is created, resulting in resonance. While this includes beats of various periods, it's certainly not an unpleasant sound, and it seems to have a relaxing effect. After trying many different kinds, my current favorite is "Sleep Bath." I was intrigued by the tagline, "You won't be able to listen to it all the way through," and I ended up buying it.
