Decibel Casualties was going to be the band's follow-up album after the Maximum Destruction album, but Destructor disbanded before the completion of the recording. The songs here were remastered in 1998 and added as bonus tracks on the re-release of Maximum Destruction. The original recordings of these, plus "Black Night" from the same sessions and several live cuts from late 1987 were compiled into the Power Aggression demo and traded by the band after Dave Holocaust's death.
