Что делать? Программа ни в какую не ставится. Качал даже официальный Installer. Пишет ,что не удалось установить и прекращает установку предлагая начать устанавливать заново. Кто ни будь сталкивался с данной проблемой при установке.

0. см. баг-репорт по не завершенной установке -- там будет указано в чем/где ошибка.
1. Доступ к сервисам/серверам загрузки/обновления из зоны РУ ограничен. Возможно через ВПН будет подключение/закачка.
2. Сначала установщик проверяет и ставит Python, если ошибка в его установке - ставить вручную, нужную версию см. на сайте Аллплан

Antwort:
Die Installation von Allplan erfolgt ab Version 2023 per Minimal-Installer, der nur diejenigen Komponenten herunterlädt, die auch tatsächlich für den Installationsfall erforderlich sind.
Falls z.B. für das Ausrollen des Setups das vollständige Installationspaket mit allen optionalen Komponenten benötigt wird, kann es über den Layoutmodus heruntergeladen werden.
Dafür wird das Setup mit dem Kommandozeilenparameter „layout“ und dem gewünschten Downloadpfad ausgeführt.
Laden Sie sich dazu wie gewohnt das Installationspaket von Allplan Connect herunter.
Legen Sie lokal einen Ordner an z.B. C:\AllplanSetup. Entpacken Sie das Installationspaket und kopieren die Allplan_2023_x_x_Installer.exe in diesen Ordner.
Starten Sie dann die Eingabeaufforderung oder Windows PowerShell in dem Pfad der bereits heruntergeladenen Installations-Exe. (z.B.: Allplan_2023_0_0_Installer.exe)
Führen Sie die Installation mit dem Parameter aus.
Die Syntax ist wie folgt:
[PfadSetupExe] -layout [PfadDownload]
Beispiel:
C:\AllplanSetup\Allplan_2023_1_13_Installer.exe -layout C:\AllplanSetup\
C:\AllplanSetup\Allplan_2024_2_3_Installer.exe -layout C:\AllplanSetup\
C:\AllplanSetup\Allplan_2025_1_6_Installer.exe -layout C:\AllplanSetup\
C:\AllplanSetup\Allplan_2026_0_0_Installer.exe -layout C:\AllplanSetup\
Nach dem Starten des Setups über diesen Parameter erscheint wie gewohnt das Fortschrittsfenster der Installation. Es wird aber keine Installation durchgeführt.
Das erfolgreiche Herunterladen wird nach Abschluss entsprechend im Dialog bestätigt.
Das Setup kann jetzt über den Doppelklick der schon vorhandenen Installations.exe (z.B.: Allplan_2023_0_0_Installer.exe) ausgeführt werden.
