"Polvorosa" is an ethereal experimental album that, during production, started out as something different from what it became. Today, it's mainly an album about anxiety, but with a hint of hope for improvement; of accessibility. In the end, it's a mess that brings together elements of post-rock, Brazilian music (MPB, forró, samba, xote, baião), ambient music, metal, art rock, art pop, dream pop and emo. It's only fair to think that this album is a continuation (or a consequence) of "Natureza errada", because there's still an aura of death and mourning hovering over this sound, but the focus here is on contemplating the disorder of things and trying to maintain control. Still, for me, it's a much more surreal and much less despairing album than I thought it would be. A big thank you to all the people who are part of my sound and who have kind words for Gloios. I am very grateful for the reception I have received from the project so far and I am happy to release another new album. I hope you are all well, wherever you are.
