Обращаю внимание, что субботний выпуск в 1080i и что у него вместо 25 fps в тех данных показывает 36.729 fps (интерлейсных). Проверил в VLC и PotPlayer, всё воспроизводится корректно, но на вашем устройстве могут быть проблемы.
