'Detached Audio is back in 2019 after the resounding success of our "Detachism: Section Two" LP released at the tail-end of 2018. We kick off the year with the return of our various artist series, "Delta". The third EP in the series has tracks from label veterans Henry and Raphael, while also introducing DJ Voxel and SubJazz.
Up first, Henry gives us 'Restless', a track containing equal portions of soulful vibes alongside dancefloor punch. Drifting vocals and piano trills compliment warm and rugged basslines to bring about a track that is sure to be in heavy rotation in liquid sets.
Next up, Raphael returns after his debut track 'URS' which gained support from Mauoq, Emplate and many more. 'Racer' is a pristine slice of night-time Drum & Bass; deep pads, rumbling basslines and rolling drums result in this track that's smooth, deep, dark and oozing with class.
DJ Voxel makes his Detached Audio with the elegant 'Parallax'; an uplifting piece filled with magnificent guitar riffs and hummable melodies, making this a track that is sure to be an earworm for many listeners.
Finally, our alternative excursion comes from SubJazz, the jazz-infused bass music alias of Dubkraft Records' head honcho Alien Pimp. He presents us with the beautiful 'Strings Attached'. Blissed out chords and melodies are backed with a crunchy drum beat that effortlessly show off how SubJazz can make music from a whole melting pot of influences.
The third in our "Delta" EP series once again shows the breadth of Detached Audio's sound as we start 2019 with a look back at our sound in 2018, as well as having our eyes firmly on the future.'
