We're out of ideas how to fix it...
Common Issues
Red X (Cross) On Gates
This is a SODE issue. Red crosses mean that an XML file is still asking SODE to place SimObject and those SimObjects don’t exist on your hard drive.
The scenery config-tool of that airport should also disable/remove the corresponding XML file, not only the SimObjects. This is something out of my control, you must take the necessary steps to repair and troubleshoot this.
In C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\xml, an xml file belonging to the scenery could still be there. Remove that file and SODE won’t load anything for that airport. Source: sode.12bpilot.ch/?topic=red-cross
KIAD (Denver) Elevation Issues
You may be experiencing issues with the elevation at Denver International.
There is two reasons for this...
1. You're using ORBX FTX Global Vector
or
2. It's COMPLETELY NORMAL! 1.a) If you've got ORBX FTX Global Vector installed fix it by adding KDEN to the scenery.cfg, instead of using the add-on.xml then move the contents of effects into the effects folder into your Prepar3D root folder, then run the vector elevation config. 2.a) Why is it normal? Why are your clouds low? Why is there huge contours and slopes at the airport in-between the taxiways? Why are the runways raised?
Denver is at quite a high elevation that's most likely the reason for your clouds being low - use a weather engine. What about the slopes and raised runways? Have a look at this image, it will give you a very good understanding of KDEN.

That is correct, nothing should conflict. They do not use FSDT anymore - they use 29Palms Manager - I have even made sure there will be no scenery conflicts with that if you have one scenery that is legitimate.

Denver is already at a very high elevation - That's normal. I'm not sure but those low clouds could be an issue with your weather engine or you have a default weather option selected. Have a look at Denver in the snow where you can clearly see the slopes and how the runways are somewhat higher.

Народ, подскажите кто поставил: стоит ставить раздачу? рабочая?
Я с трудом собрал и поставил эти сцены в 4-ку, KSFO работает отлично, а вот с остальными сценами присутствует trail period, приходится ждать 4 минуты пока не перестанет дергаться. Очень не комфортно особенно на подлете. Зато потом все работает отлично, с официальным GSX не конфликтуетю

SODE is activated. The issue is that the SODE files for KSFOHD aren't installed in the 12bpilot folder. EDIT: downloaded the patch and all works well thank you

Но у меня инсталлятор не пашет.
Дважды перекачал, безрезультатно. Winrar все bin-файлы распаковывает без проблем.
Win 10 x64, пробовал под админом.
В целом все работает, поставил вручную 8).
Самой сцены нет, вокруг зелени деревья в снегу стоят... 
Видно, конфликт с высотой а/п.
