My guess is that this album got 'lost in the wash' during the 1990 year. The fact that the album was on a perceived metal and thrash label might have disguised it unwittingly away from keen melodic rock fans. The fact remains, this is a great album, and for fans of riff-based guitarists like Richie Kotzen, Reb Beach and of course the aforementioned Paul Gilbert, then check out the axework of Craig Small. He could've been a star in the making! Actually this is an album for guitarists! 9.0 as a band-name sounds as if the band might have been trying to emulate an album rating. With this one-off effort, I think they are dead on the mark or perhaps higher! Investigate with all-guns blazing and with ears and eyes wide open.
