Описание: Entirely done using a stability ball, it’s an exceptionally well-cued Pilates series. The ball increases Pilates’ usual range-of-motion while its instability encourages correct form (to maintain balance, you’re absolutely compelled to engage your large and small muscles). P.J. O’Clair’s and Moira Merrithew’s cuing is superb. It’s like they’re right there with you — they seem to know what mistakes you’re probably making and how to avoid them. The program begins with an unusually long warm-up that also teaches the basics of breathing and technique (it could also even be used as a shorter/easier workout on its own).

Soothing.
This workout is a bit too easy for me, but I still enjoy it. The instructors' voices are very soothing, and I love their precise technique instruction. Even though I'm not sore after this workout, I always feel invigorated and relaxed. - Johnna on 7/2/2006
Good for beginner/intermediate.
I agree that a lot of the moves are made easier with the ball... so if you're at a beg./int. level this is probably good for you (especially if you want to add some variety to your workout). As usual, Moira's instruction is great. I was pleasantly suprised by PJ also... she has a very soothing voice. - Rachel on 8/13/2004
Very Intense!
This is a very intense workout. You really have to know what you are doing. I have done the flex-band workouts and thought I was pretty good but this is really challenging. As usual Moira gives very good instructions and it is easy to follow. I have done Winsor Pilates but prefer Stotts because of Moira's instrution. I still alternate Stotts and Walk Away the Pounds videos. - Rosie on 1/31/2004
One of the best ball workouts.
I believe this is one of the best ball workouts on the market. Very well taught. I highly recommend this video even for a beginner, I was surprised it wasn't a staff favorite. - Lori on 10/7/2003
