There are many many sites and apps for win/mac/android/etc that provide hi-res download access to Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal etc. Some work better than others though plenty of them provide the highest quality formats and without needing an active account on the respective service. You'll have to test some out to find which one fits your needs (easy enough).
https://fmhy.net/audio#audio-ripping-sites : List of sites that will rip from platforms - I recommend lucida and squid.wtf
https://fmhy.net/audio#audio-ripping-tools : List of local/remote tools that do the same
https://fmhy.net/audio#telegram-bots : List of Telegram bots that provide automated ripping services - CAREFUL with some of these because a few require "donations" before even testing them. Don't bother with that and move on to the next option. Too many free alternatives to bother with potential scams. Off top of my head GlomaticoBlueMusicBot has worked well for ripping from Amazon Music specifically ime and is 100% free (with minor download time limits, nothing strict)
https://fmhy.net/audio#streaming-sites - As a last resort heres a list of "mirror" or "openaccess" sites that allow hires streaming of content from platforms for free, a few also have download functions.
Now, when it comes to spatial audio (Atmos, 360 audio, etc) things become a bit splintered and really frustrating - 99% of people out there are just better off waiting for someone else to handle that and upload it. So I'll just end this now before I get a headache lol
