Added manual option DisableCreateFolderPortalHere=(DWORD)1 to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\Fences\Settings for disabling "Alt+Drop of Folder onto desktop creates a folder portal", restores default "create shortcut" behavior.
Adjustments to the Fence dropdown menu for ease of use
Improved: Snapping now works much better. Both: lining up directly in line with other groups (left of one aligns with left of another, top of one with top of another etc), and, maintaining X-pixels of space between groups when moving (top of one aligns with bottom+padding of another etc)
Fixed an issue where tabs could disassemble during startup
