Канадская группа Downhere играет в стиле «христианский рок». В разные годы они становились обладателями разных музыкальных премий, таких как Juno, Dove и Covenant Awards. На данный момент они выпустили девять альбомов, последний из которых называется On The Altar Of Love и вышел в 2011 году. Так же, как и у некоторых другие групп, у Downhere два ведущих вокалиста.
Группа была основана Марком Мартелем (Marc Martel) и Джейсоном Жерменом (Jason Germain) - они жили в одной комнате в колледже Briercrest Bible College (Caronport, Saskatchewan). Второй альбом, также выпущенный на Word Records, назывался So Much For Substitutes. В 2006 году группа подписала контракт с лейблом Centricity Records и выпустила третий альбом, названный Wide-Eyed And Mystified.
В 2007 году группа выпустила два уникальных альбома.
