When Blackmore’s Night rolled in to York, England, on 30 September 2011, the heat scorched the medieval streets and the sunlight bathed the old city walls. Inside the Grand Opera House, Ritchie Blackmore, Candice Night and their band of minstrels were generating their own heat as they took their devoted audience on a musical journey through the ages with songs from their two new albums, Secret Voyage and Autumn Sky, such as ‘Locked Within The Crystal Ball,’ ‘Darkness’ plus a new interpretation of ‘First Of May’ – a rarely played ballad, originally done by the Bee Gees, and an additional smattering of songs from earlier albums, most notably the classic ‘Fires At Midnight.’

Хороший концерт, неплохая запись звука, лучше концерта в Олимпии, но не дотягивает до 24 битной дорожки Замков.
Вроде как скоро выйдет blu-ray. Там и картинка, и звук должны быть еще лучше.
Вот спасибо. Словил кайф как следует. Запал на Блэкморов с самого первого их диска.:) Не знаю как кому, а меня еще ни один ихний новый диск с тех пор не разочаровал.
Очень интересно почему третий DVD? А как же "Shadows Of The Moon - 2004", "Beyond The Sunset - 2004", "Castles & Dreams - 2004", "Paris Moon - 2007" уже не получается третий. Они все есть на rutracker.
А картинка действительно слабенькая (отсюда не качал), жалею что прикупил когда попался на глаза (европейское издание)
Каждый концерт по-своему хорош, ибо в каждом есть своя изюминка. Немного не понравился новый басист - слишком гротескно себя ведет, хотя инструментом владеет на 5+. Девочка со скрипкой просто прелесть! Ну и САМ не разочаровал...
Официально на DVD не выпускали, а у нас все три раздачи - трансфер из LD. roarrr

За раздачу конечно спасибо. Теперь осталось дождаться BD и смастерить из него девяточку с неподжатым DTS.

Они перепели на концерте часть одной из её песен (Бэд Романс) в Toast to Tomorrow, про спэшл гест пошутили конечно, просто таким образом представили автора песни.

С точки зрения видео-ряда, саунда и исполнительского мастерства музыкантов, концерт на мой взгляд, откровенно слабый. Очень жаль, что Маэстро напрочь отказался от услуг хороших музыкантов. Игра и кривлянье клавишника с басистом просто раздражают. Пение Кендис нудно и не интересно. Всё это - очень странный (как и сам Маэстро) период жизни Блекмора. Хотя должна заметить, что музыка хороша, а сам Блекмор всё равно Рок-Гений!
Смешно было слышать в Live (записанное в студии!) соло Ричи в песне Darkness. Спасибо раздающему!
Все работают очень хорошо. Candice особенно хороша после родов, клавишник супер, басист немного действительно гротескно себя ведёт, и кто вам сказал, что у Blackmore-а, это парик, у него всегда такая прическа была, подкрасился может быть, посмотрите другие концеты 1973, 1995 года.
