Yes, this is real.
This was sent to me by a man overseas. This is what he had to say about it.
"Wormphlegm had almost closed a deal of releasing the demo as Pro CD on my friend's label. The deal, for some reason, had not been realized. My friend was left with a digital copy of the master tapes in a very, very good quality. I guess it's even better sounding than the original demo tape, being a digital copy."
Listen to this, and you'll believe him.
Check out the picture I've included with this upload. The top picture is the spectrals for the 192kb/s mp3 that's been floating around on the internet. The bottom is my version.
The spectrals for the 192kb/s mp3 have a sharp cut off at 16000khz. The spectrals for this go past 20000.
It seems the guys in Wormphlegm decided to edit the song a bit before releasing it on CD. The song has been shortened by 7 minutes from 32 to 25.
Parts that have been taken out: 1 minute of the trickling water at the beginning, and 6 minutes in the middle, where the song goes soft (17:00-23:00 approximately in the original)
Enjoy this sick torture doom.
This high quality demo first released to the internet by Irrelevant from What.CD.
