ipokemongo, бесконечное спасибо! Из всего альбома особого внимания заслуживает "The Gospel According To The Other Mary".
Я его купил в Эппл-музыке, естественно, в худшем качестве, а сам концерт слушал ещё в тот день, когда он вышел в "Berliner Philharmoniker" по подписке, кажется ещё в 2016-м году.
Потом они издали этот альбом, а потом появился ещё вариант альбома исключительно с этой оперой, который можно найти в Apple Мusiс по запросу "The John Adams Edition, Vol. 3: The Gospel According to the Other Mary".
Конечно, надо бы купить этот альбом в лосс-лесс формате, чтобы поддержать гениальный коллектив.
Однако, я считаю, что выкладывание на данный ресурс подобных вещей (из-за его высокой посещаемости) способствует популяризации серьёзной музыки, и это очень благородное дело, несмотря на всякие там законы.
Потому что всякая хрень, доступная изо всех щелей только отупляет народ, а это (народу во всяком случае) не выгодно. Так вот, господа. Это шедевральная вещь!
У Вас ipokemongo отличный вкус, если Вы обратили внимание на эту вещь.
Дело в том, что "The Gospel According To The Other Mary" встречается в интернете на каждом шагу, но то запись 2014 года в США.
Тогда исполнители пытались играть по ходу дела некий спектакль, были разнаряжены в костюмы, и, вероятно, это их сильно отвлекало.
А в этот раз они пели в классической привычной обстановке не отвлекаясь и получилось просто... запредельно. У меня нет слов.
Это опера - величайшее потрясение в моей жизни, каждый раз, когда я её слушаю - просто до мурашек. Сюжет, конечно, такая петрушка, накручен фиг знает как. Но тут главное эмоции.
Исполнители, музыканты, дирижёр - величайшие люди. Особенно интересно смотреть видео этого концерта, как они поют.
