Randall A. Wulff, better known by his stage name Lewis, and also known as Lewis Baloue and Randy Duke, is a Canadian singer and musician. He released a number of albums in the 1980s, but did not become widely known until they were re-released in 2014.

Lewis recorded two albums in 1983 and 1985 (L'Amour and Romantic Times) that were mostly forgotten until a record collector discovered L'Amour in an Edmonton flea market. His first known recording, L'Amour, acquired a cult status as a sort of private press/vanity record holy grail and was reissued by Light In The Attic in spring 2014. A few weeks afterwards, a second album, Romantic Times, this time credited to Lewis Baloue, surfaced on eBay, only to see Light In The Attic announcing a reissue within a week. The eBay auction ended with a $1,825 price-tag, while many message boards and music forums continue speculating on the whereabouts of the white-clad, cigarillo-smoking playboy-type synth-auteur. LITA put an end to the mystery on the 8th of August 2014 revealing they have met with him and that Lewis is alive and well, still playing music though not interested with his new-found fame.
