Уже есть 6-е переиздание. Отсканированы ксерокопированные страницы оригинала - качество кащмар. Интерес представляют так называемые quicksheets в виде таблиц в конце книги, считаю их очень удобными, хоть и устаревшими.
UPD1: нашел те самые quicksheets в качестве eBook из 5-го издания 2000г
