EUR UHD has superior quality to USA UHD, better Atmos track and DV on disc.
Video comparison:

Atmos audio on the EUR UHD comes with 15 elements, as opposed to 13 (GER) and 11 (USA UHD).
Used USA Blu-ray for the original mix, as EUR had neutered bass, and other sources (DVD, LD) were lossy.
Seamlessly spliced in six seconds from EUR, as there was a noticable sync issue (slight looping) in the source. Interestingly, that section (~27 sec) was a lossy transcode in the EUR, but LD and DVD with better spectrals had their own more subtle sync issues in this scene. EUR seems to be correct, also matches the Atmos mix.
Preferred PGS subs from the old EUR disc where possible due to styling (ugly shadows on the UHD).
