Actually, the first time I used this software, I didn't use it too, but it turns out that when I was just messing around and inputting the audio output into Adobe Audition (other Blu-Ray album btw), it turns out to be really clipping, more than 0dB in fact, so since then I've just normalized it to -1dB, but if the audio from this Blu-Ray doesn't clip when you look at it from Adobe Audition or Audacity, it's okay to just turn off the Normalization.
