There is something wrong with your part2 every time, it does not generate the correct Zipped format but some errors.
Open part 1 only then extract to community folder. Just make sure part 2 is in the same directory with part 1 Народ, не нужно пытаться открыть второй архив! Просто открываете part1 и перетаскиваете самолёт в папку community. Он автоматически подхватит второй архив part2. Только файлы должны лежать рядом.

Скачиваете оба файла, кидаете в папку Community, открываете только первый с помощью 7ZIp и распаковываете только его, второй трогать не нужно, они просто должны быть вместе в папке Community. Второй файл распакоывается автоматически

Какой-то мудель выложил на Супрбее 1.1.4 для 2024 но неполный вариант. Не хватает одного или двух RAR файлов. Может специально издевается прикалывается. Я скачал и смог посмотреть манифест там указана версия 1.1.4
