If you were to read the string, you would see that a fellow member announced back in April that he would be posting Vol. 2. He either is trolling us and doesn't have it, or is trolling us and keeping us waiting as some power move.
It's a matter of principle, not expenses. You've heard the phrase, "shit or get off the pot?"
