Hello! Not need clear regisries. Just use again reg file and patch exe, its workly for me

Разобрался с проблемой, правда использовал другую версию, но думаю, что это не причём.
Видимо при вышеописанных действиях произошёл какой-то сбой(в выбрал только решарпер, больше ничего не надо было, может что-то другое) после этого все переустановки бессмысленны. Поскольку есть запись в реестр windows, поэтому мой совет в следующем:
Перед установкой сохраните реестр в файл.
Проведите всё из ридми.
Если всё произошло согласно инструкции - удалите файл реестра и радостно пользуйтесь.
Если что-то пошло не так:
Удалите программу.
Восстановите реестр из файла(если была копия).
Если реестр не был сохранён - удалите из реестра всё, где есть упоминание JetBrains. Я использовал программу Registry Finder.

latest version 2024.2.5 is not working with any of those methods...
they probably changed the license handling by some way.
also on first launch there was a window prompting to select region.
hope for new method soon EDIT: went back to 2024.1.4, normal patcher and reg file from 2023 works... guess I will stay with that at the moment!

I think it's calling home to Jetbrains servers to check the license validity, so maybe you can look where it does that and patch it also...

Does not worked for me, I have run the patch ok, but then the key appear as invalid. I have the jetbrain servers mapped to localhost. So it can not be connecting for validation.

I can't find this place in code I get same error once, but after restarting VS all be OK... It's very hard to find flowing error Even text of error is not in app's text resources. I think it is server response text

it's intresting... I have tested it on virtual PC with new, clean OS and VS and without network at all. It's worked.
I didn't see in the code that the key was checked on the network. Try to found this validation... Try to use this key (it's eternal). It seems, that key won't check on server.

No luck, maybe I am doing something wrong?. I am not installing from scratch, I already been using previous patch for years without problems until recently.
I use Manage Licence Keys screen, click on plus, and then enter my name and paste the key, as soon as I paste it says that the key is invalid and can´t add it.

OK I just ran it now, and the license is invalid because the server is checking it...
Had to block certain something to make it work again, not telling since they are watching this.
@samael7777, try to check where the program calls home to validate the license and patch it...
