2) Как и предполагалось, в заявленной 6-канальной дорожке реально присутствую только 2 канала, все остальное - "воздух", который вы хотите, чтобы пользователи качали, надеясь, что там что-то есть. Удалите, пожалуйста, псевдо шестиканальную дорожку и перезалейте раздачу. А в исправлении "битости" кадров может помочь TS-Doctor.
Перемуксите старой версией MKVToolNix 6.6.0 / 6.8.0 и не будет этого в MediaInfo.
