Если вы не обнаружили какой-то файл в скачанной раздаче, значит его скушал ваш антивирус или Защитник Windows.
Перед распаковыванием архива(-ов) и применением лекарства или пролеченного файла отключите Защиту антивируса и / или Защитника Windows (Windows Defender) в режиме реального времени.
В некоторых случаях необходимо добавить файл и/или папку и/или процесс в исключения Защитника Windows (Windows Defender) или вашего антивируса.

Установите Optical Flares в папку плагинов по-умолчанию:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CС 2014\Support Files\Plug-ins\
Открыть keygen.
Откройте After Effects, создаете новую композицию.
Затем применяем эффект Optical Flares к любому слою.
Можно применить к градиенту (Layer -> New -> Solid -> Ok).
После применения эффета появится окно, скопируйте из него код HWID и вставьте в окно кейгена.
Если вы случайно закрыли после установки keygen, запустите LicfileGen.exe и вставьте Ваш HWID в поле ввода.
Нажмите "Generate License" и сохраните файл лицензии на Рабочий стол.
Затем скопируйте созданный файл лицензии с Рабочего стола в папку с установленым плагином:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects ХХ\Support Files\Plug-ins\Optical Flares\
Из появившегося окна копируем значение «Hardware Fingerprint».
Закрываем AE, запускаем keygen («Crack\LicfileGen.exe») и вставляем скопированный ранее код.
Жмём «Generate License» и указываем папку с установленным plug-in'ом («...\Adobe After Effects XX\Support Files\Plug-ins\Optical Flares»).
Содержимое папки «Presets» копируем в папку «...\Adobe After Effects XX\Support Files\Plug-ins\Optical Flares\Optical Flares Presets\Lens Flares».
Если плагин не работает, необходимо определить проблемный пресет и удалить его:

Installation:
0. Install Optical Flares 1.3.5
1. Start After Effects and create a new composition, then apply Optical Flares to a solid layer
2. After Effects will prompt you with a Hardware Fingerprint (HWID)
3. Copy requested HWID and close After Effects
4. Run LicfileGen.exe (required Windows) and insert your HWID and click the "Generate License"
Save the license file to your Desktop.
5. Place a created license file from the Desktop to the folder with the installed plugin:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects ХХ\Support Files\Plug-ins\Optical Flares\
6. Restart After Effects and Optical Flares is ready to use!
Copy «Presets» folder to «...\Adobe After Effects XX\Support Files\Plug-ins\Optical Flares\Optical Flares Presets\Lens Flares» folder.
