Both book and workbook, I converted the EPUB to pdf. This converting went well (not like you see on other sites – so only this PDF here is fine). Furthermore I downloaded the free audio from the accompanying website. The websites says “extras” and I am not sure if this is just extra material or the complete audio. But it is added in the post nevertheless.
