Большое спасибо за такую коллекцию, супер! Мы в 2000 году еще в школе очень любили Горилл. Первый альбом я вообще с ностальгией огромной переслушиваю!

скажите каталожные номера взяты с отрипованных дисков? например диск Laika come home 724353998226 по всем базам имеет 2 скрытых трека с общей длиной более 18 минут, здесь же издание с одним скрытым треком

Объясните, пожалуйста, как эти аудио перекинуть в iTunes? Обычно я просто открываю аудио и оно автоматически перекидывается. В случае с файлами ".cue" сначала на экран вылезает окно с надписью "монтирование образа", а потом пишет ошибку "Невозможно замонтировать образ. Соответствующий файл .cue не найден". Итак, подскажите, пожалуйста, как перекинуть эти песни в iTunes?

Ok, i know about this. But what do you really want to feel from the release? Expanding the depth of bits does not yet mean the real quality of what is being sold there. I listened to the difference of two releases of album of one band, but there were two sources - 16 and 24 bits Qobuz. I did not hear any difference from the release of Qobuz, only the sound was heard more harsh at high frequencies. I own a good stereo, and to the surprise of the 16-bit sound is very good, not harsh but smoothly. Where are the guarantees of 24 bit that this is from the master tape? And not a banal upkonvert? (((Incidentally, more albums recorded in digital format, the differences between CD and real High-res are very small and almost indistinguishable. Sorry my bad english... And my subjective opinion.

It sounds great on my end. I don't know why you're getting harsher high frequencies with the 24 bit. Actually. my experience is quite the opposite on my end. My lossless rip of Japanese D-Sides CD is slightly sharper sounding in the higher frequencies. I can especially hear the difference on "We Are A Happy Landfill" where my 24 bit copy has softer sound compared to the CD rip. The 24 bit is actually slightly quieter as well thus not sounding as abrasive. The regular CD 16 bit rip sounds a bit more harsher.

Also, what are you using to play the 24 bit files? Are you using a computer?
For folks using their computer, there are two important things you need to do...
First, you need to go into your soundcard settings and change it to 24/192. If you don't change the setting to the correct playback quality, the computer will downgrade the audio behind the scenes. This actually makes the 24 bit files sound worse.
Second, find a media player that can play 24 bit audio. I use WinAmp, which can play 24 bit, but it is a setting that you need to click on and activate in order for it to actually play the files in 24 bit.
Another little tidbit, later model Samsung Galaxy phones can actually play up to 24/192 audio files. Again, you just need the right music player to make sure that files are not being downgraded behind the scenes and played at their correct bitrate. I use Poweramp on my phone. It's a great music player and only costs $4. Also, a DAC would be a good thing to invest in. They make ones that you can plug into your computer to isolate the audio for superior quality playback.

I agree, if the mix and master is terrible... it does not matter what the bitrate is. Sadly, the loudness war has been the biggest problem in audio. 24 bit cannot save a master that's been brickwalled and overblown. It's different for every release. For instance, the Deftones reissued their discography in 24 bit.\, but the remasters were terrible. It sucks because the reissues actually had new elements and layers not on the original masters, but the remasters are terribly brickwalled. I always wanted their albums in 24 bit, but I cannot listen to them because of how horrible they are pumped up. So I just stick with the original masters in 16 bit since the 24 bit remasters are terrible. But that's on whoever remastered and ruined the originals. But a mix and master done properly and not blasted loud will sound amazing in higher bitrates. I rather artists just go and re-rip their original masters as is in 24 bit, especially if they are going to ruin it with a crappy remaster. But if they can remaster it properly, then go ahead. Sadly it is 50/50 when it comes to remasters. Some folks can do amazing things with remastering with the newer gear available today and there are others who can ruin and destroy the originals by pushing it too far. I'd much rather an untouched original master tape ripped into 24 bit. The 20th anniversary remasters of Underworld's album "Dubnobasswithmyheadman" and Nirvana's "In Utero" 20th anniversary sound quite amazing in 24 bit where as the Deftones remasters sound quite horrible.
