It does not function under Vmware, as RLM is not unlocked for virtual machines here. Following are logs from RLM, and then from XFlow:

This is a default install- and RLM is running (I can access it via the HTTP interface). It simply is blocking operation, because RLM is not unlocked for virtual machine operation. And with that, no license is made available.
