For Da Capo II I would specifically say around December 15th to 30th. It seems like a December game release. We might (might) get lucky and see a late november or early december release but I doubt it.
Koihime † Musou: I'm hoping for a september/october release. I also hope that this game does well (price better be affordable) because I would love to see the other games in this series. Specifically this game Shin Koihime † Musou ~Otome Ryouran

Zaishuu the sin: All things are pointing towards an end of August or an early september release. Let us hope. Also I hope to see
http://vndb.org/v2478 sometime in the future. It's from tactics latte but it just looks like a fun game not to mention an original plot (pillows alive). Dakkoshite Gyu! I believe it is a part of Nextus so the possibility of seeing this game in the future is not completely impossible.
Deardrops: I predict this title being released next year around march. I'm not sure how often they plan on releasing but if they have deardrops done by then, then a march release looks possible.
D.C. II: I believe a December release for this game is very likely. Personally I'm a bit pissed off at this choice for a game. Allow me to explain why; they have a multitude of spin-offs for the D.C. universe and even different versions of Da Capo II and yet they stick us with the 2006 version and expect us to pay 64 dollars (50 euros) for a 10-30 hour game that is a few years old. I will still probably buy it but do not appreciate this. There is one game in the D.C. universe that I do wish to get released (although it probably never will).
http://vndb.org/v276 D.C.P.K. Dacapoker which has characters from the first and second game and challenge you at poker. It still has story though and h-scenes but with a poker style gameplay. I would love to see it released despite the fact I doubt it ever will be.
D.C.I.F. : Probably next year sometime. I'm kinda annoyed with this one as well though. They have an H version of the game but they are not releasing it? Instead we may get the first one and not even the second one? I'd prefer the newest release for most of these games but alas it will not be. Here's the info on the 18+ version of the game

Mashou no Nie: I believe mangagamer has had this title for a while but I could be wrong. I predict a 2010 release but it might get pushed back until next year sometime...might work on other titles instead.
Dengeki Strikers: Considering I can find nothing about this title other than a supposed japanese release in 2010 I do not expect to see this title until at the very least summer 2011.
Other mangagamer exclusive: Apparently mangagamer is getting an exclusive game made for foreigners and this will probably be released a year or so from now (maybe 2).
I believe those are the only titles they currently have the rights to or plan to translate so who knows what will come after these. They might spread a few of them out till next year.
I believe a koihime, zaishuu, and d.c. II are the only three releases we can almost be assured to have by the end of 2010...although who knows with D.C. II (it might be wishful thinking). I wouldn't be surprised to see mashou no nie either though.
not sure if there will be any new announcements this year to change some of these but meh.
overall a decent lineup for the rest of this year and the beginning/middle of next. Be interesting to see what new titles they pick up though next year. frontwing might be interested eventually...hopefully for the uta and not djbril as may age...eventually maybe.
