Description
This 72-minute video is a stunning exhibition of yoga to a musical score by Paul and Carla Roberts. Senior teachers and students perform asanas in group and solo sequences for Mr. Iyengar. Group performances are by students from Southern California and solo performances are as follows: Mary Dunn doing standing poses, Francie Ricks doing headstand, Mary Obendorfer and Eddy Marks doing forward bends and balances, John Schumacher doing arm balances, George Purvis doing backbends and jumpings and Patricia Walden doing backbends.
