hello. i tried to download this software on my laptop but surprisingly it works fine. but my pc has an error. i don't know what the cause is

Hi anh. Phần mềm em mở bình thường nhưng khi tới bước chọn vật liệu thì tự thoát. không truy cập được phần vật liệu.
