This journal is intended to provide a valuable source of technical information associated with the energetic material development related to the advancements in chemical propulsion systems. The journal is aimed to:
1) promote communication between researchers, designers, and manufacturers regarding state-of-the-art approaches in the field of propellants, explosives, and combustion
2) address new and advanced propulsion systems associated with solid, liquid, and gel energetic materials
3) enhance the safety techniques in the utilization of energetic materials
4) encourage the development of highly reliable propulsion systems
The journal also addresses several pressing global issues in the combustion/propulsion area such as:
a) environmental concerns
b) enhanced safety operation
c) economical utilization
