Описание: Демонстрационный фильм Shuai Jiao is one of the names given to the ancient art of Chinese Wrestling - as you can imagine it involves grappling, throwing, and Chin Na techniques.
Don't be mislead by the shape of the box... this is actually a set of VCDs (therefore NO SUBS). Here I'm releasing the first in the set of four. It shows various Shuai Jiao drills. These guys certainly know how to do a workout - there's fancy footwork, exercises with weights, and various other routines.
This release should interest martial artists of all styles, not just wrestling and judo freaks.
