Personal History: As the proud mom of boys, Abe (2 years old) and newborn, Sam, Leisa Hart has come to realize that fitness is far more than looking good. It's about survival, both mentally and physically, for a busy mom! She and her agent husband, Jim, live in Dallas, Texas, and are both the 10th children in their large southern families.
Workout Philosophy: The strength to reach our fitness goals is within ourselves. My goal as a fitness professional is to give others the tools to dig deep and find their strength to succeed. And, contrary to popular belief, I don't like to spend my life in the gym. I have found that, by working out more efficiently, I don't have to endure long sessions to get results.
