Robert has been in charge of the physical development of all of the college’s 16 athletic teams since 1999 and has been involved in sport-specific conditioning for over 22 years. A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who holds a masters degree in Kinesiology and a USA Weightlifting Club coach certification, Coach dos is a highly sought after international speaker, a published author, and consultant to many high school, college, and professional athletic programs. This library is a huge collection of exercises that can be used in conjunction with that style of training, to train athletes/ regular pop, or just to grab a great workout with some creative tools. This is strength training at it's best, so watch and learn. Also, as Dos would say "DO WORK".
