Повторно, как и в случае с первым триместром, прошу модераторов не спешить переносить релиз в тему "Беременность". Очень часто будущие мамочки ищут видео для себя здесь...
Да и остальные пусть увидят... многие и не знают, что у нас есть тема для будущих мам....

Приношу свои извинения за данную просьбу...
Линдси говорит про 2 сета весов. "Легкий" от 2 до 5 фунтов и "тяжелый" - от 5 до 8. Переводим на родные килограммы и получаем (очень примерно) от 1 до 2 и от 2 до 3,5. Как-то так... Ну, и смотрите, кто с каким работает. Девочка с бОльшим пузиком (слева) - лайт версия, которая справа - медиум. Сама Линдси иногда позволяет себе чутка поболе - видать потренироваться хочет
