Описание: Ten Routines of Spring Legs (Tan Tui)
This is famous Tan Tui or "Spring Leg" set said to be the form from which most Cha derived. This is an excellent version with strong movements and clear demonstration. We are fans of Tan Tui and find this one instructive. The only unusual aspect here is that each said is only done on two repetitions instead of the typical three.
Second Routine of Cha Quan
This is one of the more intermediate or advanced sets of the Cha style. Cha movements are particularly geared toward grasping one of the main concepts of Kung Fu: namely convergence. These sets, while always graceful, will often ask the practitioner to perform multiple timed actions that coalesce at a certain beat. While Cha looks loose and wide its hidden corners and turns are what make it so interesting and representative of real Kung Fu skills. Cha is the main representative as a member of branches collectively known as Jiao Men or religious style pertaining to its Muslim origins. This is also known as "Moving Hand." There are many leg techniques and about ten jumping actions.
Fourth Routine of Cha Quan
This is THE Cha set often considered representative of the style. So famous is Road #4 that many people who don't know the whole system (and few did ) still knew and practiced this important form. It is also known as "Peace and Happiness." The movements are highly representative of the style and deal with all the important themes of Cha.
Fifth Routine of Cha Quan
Next to Cha #4 this is one of the most famous of all Cha Sets. Often taught as the second set of the core system Cha #5 has been the inspiration for many modern Long Fist sets. A little more detailed than Cha Road #4. This is also known as "Flying Tiger."
Kun Wu Straight Sword Routine of Cha Quan
This form shows the elegant and "clean" movements of this great family. It is a straight sword that retains the "flavor" of Cha Fist practice. The name of this set is Kun Wu which, in itself, if one of the most famous of all named sword sets along with the Rainbow Sword and the Pure Yang sword.
Demonstration of routines of Cha Quan
Cha is indeed an honored and complete style famous not only for its hand sets but many weapons such as Pu Tao, Saber, Straight Sword, Tiger Hooks and other. This survey takes movements and forms (Tao Lu) from the other tapes to give the viewer a taste of this excellent and well established branch of Northern Long Fist.
