C@mbat Mission Bl@ck Sea is literally about Ukraine, as well as Syrian "Sh0ck F0rce" in the same series (although both fictional). Fl@shpoint c@mpaigns for cold war, Comm@nd Modern Oper@tions for any conflict after 1950s (including modern). Gr@viteam has some semi-modern DLCs (for example sino-soviet borer clashes in Kazakhstan), but the base game is WW2. TOAW and JTS already mentioned and I'm afraid there's nothing else decent out there.
While we're at it, can anyone recommend anything "early gunpowder" related? Already played Pike&Sh0t (obviously), JTS Vienna etc, 30-years war from age0d. and, well, the old Cossacks of course although it's an RTS but fits the time period, same for EU4 and mods for empire tw. I doubt there's anything else, but there is always a chance
