A SolidSquad admin had previously said in this forum that the TFS error has to do with exalead/cloudview. I installed exalead/cloudview but it says that the license expired over 2825 days ago (check pic). What am I supposed to do now...?

Installation can be troublesome. The instructions in the readme file are usually not enough to achieve a working installation. Here are some considerations that may be helpful:
(Note: A clean installation of windows may help, users have successful cited installation on 7/8.1/10)
1) Make sure your firewall, user account control, and antivirus are turned off, also make sure java security is lowered. Install Java Ju80 x64 and x86 (older versions than that are fine) and preferably specify a JAVA_HOME system variable to the bin of Java x64. Make sure your web browser is an older version of Firefox, usually any of the same Java year will be fine, I found Firefox v26 and v18 to work fine with Java.
2) Deploy the Enovia server-side installer first, allow the server installer to create your database by pointing to the mounted ISO of your database media (Use SQL Server, do not use Oracle.) Then for the 3dexperience installation point to the mounted ISO of the Enovia Server installation media. Select Enovia Server Typical Setup for expected results. For the CAD connectors/web apps only select what you need, the default selections provided are fine. The actual installation may take a few hours, do not disrupt it. When it is finished the installation log should have a line for each component saying "successfully installed," and at the very end there should be a line saying "ports 4085 and 8070 are now open."
3) Use a newer version of DSLS from Catia (here, https://rutr.life/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5474374) . Then enroll the licenses using the R2014X Licgen from the client crack folder.
4) Do what hdsolid said on page 24 of this thread; paste a "DSLicSrv" text file with the writing "localhost:4085" into a "Licenses" folder in the program files directory "Dassault Systemes", edit user permissions for MQL in cmd, paste the netapi file specified in the bin of TomEEPlus of the 3dexperience folder, and for additional measure you can apply a regedit from the SolidSQUAD Load Enabler (which can be found with the zip file contents of the newer DSLS folder). I'm paraphrasing the best I can.
5) Reboot. Then make sure the tasks for the database and license server are "running" again in task manager.
6) Install clients (do not launch 3DX at the end), make sure you install the Enovia client, and for the modules install Catia, Simulia, Delmia and any others as you need.
7) Apply the crack for the client as specified in the readme so it points to the folder called "B216" in the folder "Dassault Systemes"
8) Launch the 3DX icon on your desktop and set up a platform, you can title it "3DEXPERIENCE" or a name of your choice, protocol is http, server should be the IP Address of the server (if it is all installed on one machine you can specify "localhost" or "127.0.0.1"), port should be 8070, dont change root URL. Finish and exit the application.
9) Now, go into firefox and in the search address bar enter the address you specified in step 8. For a localhost installation it should look like http://localhost:8070/enovia or http://127.0.0.1:8070/ enovia . Hit enter and it should load the 3DX login page.
10) Dont confuse server and client logins. Server login username by default is "PLMADM" and password is "Tr0l0l0." Client login is "Test Everything." Notice when logging in to the server that the apps for the client modules (catia, simulia, delmia) wont appear, but logging into the client you won't have access to some administrative settings. Both logins can be executed during the same session in different windows of your browser from the same login portal.
11) Consider creating a new user as Malysh67 shows on page 6 of this thread. This can be done while logged in as PLMADM. From default space click on the left-hand drop menu and scroll to "configure my enovia" and then "create user," tick this user as administrator, tick available licenses, and tick all roles.
12) Using the username and password of your new user, login and the client modules should be fully accessible and you should be able to save your work.
(Note: To avoid tedious re-installation on other systems in the future, create a system image from your drive and keep it on hand)
This is all very condensed, but I'd like to mention that even with this methodology you may encounter problems, if it is such that you simply cannot make 3DX work on your computer, you can either opt A) to install Catia V6 PLM Express 2013, which has nearly identical functionality and some claim having greater success with, or B) to use Catia V5 for now, which is what I recommend. 3DX is still quite young and there is much time for a release in the future, Catia V5 will be supported for now, save yourself the trouble where you can.

you did not apply the server crack correctly, it contain a mql command file that create the users Test Everything and PLMADM you need to set the date of your computer to 2014 before the installation, but even with this you will get a message saying "the sever cannot process this request", anyway there is a trick to find the materials and applying them
