После установки, замените файлы которые находятся тут:

В первом запуске программы, заполните с любыми данными во время регистрации (имя, код и т.д.).
Требуется только какой-то правильный email. Например: blabla@blabla.com
С второго запуска, программа должна работать.

I know but the problem is that there is a certain kind of error that won´t let the weather stations work.....the app affects wxstations.bin which is created by P3d....I am using P3dwx...when installing rex I am left with a message of no metar available  I had to completely uninstall p3dv5 after a lot of trobleshooting
I see. I can check everything only after when REX upgrade their servers. By now, we should wait.
Even for REX's customers, their programs are not working once almost everything uses their webservices, included weather stations and so many others (they explained it what kind of functionally got affected due this upgrade server process)

На ваш взгляд, стоит ли использовать погодный движок REX Weather Engine? Знаю, что Active sky самый лучший, но в данный момент я пользуюсь бесплатным P3DWX. Если сравнивать REX и P3DWX какой будет предпочтительнее, учитывая что я собираюсь поставить модели и текстуры облаков от REX? Симулятор: P3D v 4.5.

Никак не устанавливается. Ни с включенным интернетом. Ни с отключенным. С полной зачисткой реестра. Сменой ключей. Одно и тоже- неправильный серийный номер

Ну и что? ну начал я установку и дальше serial number не устанавливается он, без разницы отключены или включены эти интернеты ваши)) выдаёт ошибку could not verify serial number, перепробовал все что можно, всеровно не проходит, в чем трабл не знаю, помогите пожалуйста, грешу что разрабы перекрыли лавку или я просто туповатый и не правильно что то делаю

Installed it, but it will always crash the sim 15-17 minutes after i get airborne. KERNELBASE.dll error in the REX application which causes my P3DV5 to crash as well.
is there a solution ?
