I re-downloaded and scanned the distribution, checked with my antivirus and Virus Total. Nothing was detected. There is an assumption that the file was infected during installation on your computer by third party software. I would recommend checking the entire system with a special set of programs like HitmanPro or Malwarebytes.
If you have any suspicions about the security of a distribution, please report it to a Rutracker moderator. Rutracker is not a garbage dump with anarchists, it's a real totalitarian sect where you can easily be destroyed for the wrong pixel in a preview.

При запуске PhotoAI 2.4.0 из меню Photoshop'а (v.25.5) выскакивает сообщение Topaz Photo AI Proceed «Error: launch plug-in failure» и это, судя по всему, не особенность репака, а фича этой версии Photo AI . Помогает запуск Photoshop'а от имени администратора: в этом случае плагин запускается и отрабатывает нормально.
