You can update to the latest version using Aerosoft Updater... but, since it's not working for you as intended, you might have to wait for someone to upload the official installer, if there's a new one.
Also, I think I have had a similar problem to yours, with Updater just closing instantly on launch, but I can't remember what was the exact issue back then.
I think it had something to do with xml files for either updater itself or the product, that had mistakes inside for some reason and thus couldn't be read and executed properly.
My best recommendation would be to uninstall everything Aerosoft related and sweep for any remaining folders manually before reinstalling anything.
If it doesn't help, try to look inside the xml files, maybe something indeed gets corrupted on install. Wish I could help more, but I really can't remember the core of the issue.

i'll explain, from default with a330 installetion it saves the documents in this path -> C:\Users\xxx\Documents\Aerosoft\ASUpdater now, because of in C i have very few GB free, i just cut the folder Aerosoft in -> D:\Documenti\Aerosoft\ASUpdater but from here i can't open it, because suddenly it's close, instead from "C" i can.
theese are the file in C https://ibb.co/t8SxyYc --> in products folder i have as_a330_proof.xml
the a 330 is installed here ->D:\Prepar3dV4\Aerosoft A330 Professional

Всем привет. Prepar3D v4.5, установлен А330 из раздачи, запускается, затем появляется окно, два раза нужно клацнуть, чтобы убрать, работает вроде норм., иногда РУДы глючат(не реагируют на клавиатуру), может кто подскажет, что не так?

You can update to the latest version using Aerosoft Updater... but, since it's not working for you as intended, you might have to wait for someone to upload the official installer, if there's a new one.
Also, I think I have had a similar problem to yours, with Updater just closing instantly on launch, but I can't remember what was the exact issue back then.
I think it had something to do with xml files for either updater itself or the product, that had mistakes inside for some reason and thus couldn't be read and executed properly.
My best recommendation would be to uninstall everything Aerosoft related and sweep for any remaining folders manually before reinstalling anything.
If it doesn't help, try to look inside the xml files, maybe something indeed gets corrupted on install. Wish I could help more, but I really can't remember the core of the issue.

Так ты напиши все свои действия пошагово с момента первой установки в текущую систему. Гадать надоело, да и гуща кофейная закончилась... 
Либо иди радикальным и длинным путем - полностью переустанови систему и заново установи.

Спонтанно ничего не перестает работать. Значит ты или тот, кто имеет доступ в твой комп, изменил файлы текстур кабины и теперь получаешь то, что получаешь. Покупай лицензию и не будет у тебя проблем. А если будут - вперед на их форум. И по поводу обновления - лог файл не показал и хз, почему он не обновляет. Но, опять же, обновление не перепишет тебе весь самолет, а только часть файлов. И это точно не будут текстуры кабины

Could be such an issue with true glass or true lights? because the other airplanes that doesn't use this technologies work fine to me
Попробуй переустановить его. Так же есть в папке с самолетом

сам спросил,сам и отвечаю....))))удалил все папки вообще,которые с RAAS и Aerosoft связаны. почистил реестр C клинером,установил снова ОТКАЗАВШИСЬ от установки RAAS - все работает в p3d 5 !

Такой вопрос, в пятом препаре кто-то встречался с проблемой у А330, где, примерно, через час полета фпс резко дропается почти до уровня слайдшоу. Летал несколько дальняков, каждый раз одна и та же фигня. Я видел несколько тем на официальном форуме аерософта, но разрабы, как всегда, ничего не в курсе "мы не можем у себя воспроизвести проблему".
Может кто из местных знает как решить?

Кстати,всегда отказывался от установки RAAS,но в итоге он всё равно оказался в симуляторе,не пойму как)Пришлось руками удалять.
