I've got a problem, can not start 3DEXPERIENCE
i stucked with this after created new platform.

Hi all, I installed the server with no issues. I was able to log into the web portal using 'Test Everything'.
Now I have just installed the clients (catia, enovia, delmia etc.) on the same physical machine as the server.
I can no longer log into the web portal. I get an error message 'Login Failed; License(s) does not exist on license server. Please get the licens(s)'
The DS License Service is running and also Tomee.
Have I made a mistake by installing both server and client on the same physical machine?
Update: problem solved. I have built a new high spec computer to run this and I don't have a wireless card fitted. The problem was that I did not plug a network cable into my pc, and no ip address was configured. It appears that this ip address needs to be established for the client to see the server, even if they are both installed on the same machine. This may be useful if anybody else has the same problem

а там уже указываешь тип бд и "Check the box "I want to install database from scratch" and select Database Installer Medium to the virtual drive or folder to setup.exe of Oracle Database or SQL Server and correct the database destination folder (like C:\DATABASE\ by default - you can leave this intact)"
при чём тут логи оракла? помогите разобраться плиз...

Всем, привет.
Дошёл до последнего этапа и не срабатывает добавление платформы.
А дальше при нажатии "OK" ничего не происходит.
Через браузер с клиента всё подключается...

Что было при первой установке не знаю. Я установил только модуль Catia , может по этому... Может потому, что диск D назывался у меня универсальный том , а не локальный диск.
Итого, переустановил Винду.
Установил почти все продукты, в кряке вводил ip сервера(первый раз вводил имя компа), и платформа создалась.
gellmar, большое спасибо за отличную программу.
P.S. natural sketch - уникальная штука.
P.S.S. а никто не знает, если в windows 8 пользователь компа русскими буквами введён нормально должно работать или перед установкой лучше нового создать с английским именем?

1. Thanks Solidsquad. Thanks to Gellmar. You Russian geeks are the best. You rule.
2. I managed to make all of this work on a Saturday. Compared to the 1.5 month of trial-and-errors to make V62013x work, this is great. The ENOVIA and License servers are installed on a clean install of Windows7 inside Oracle VirtualBox with 8Gb of RAM. The server install with Oracle DB did not work, so I tried with MS SQL Server 2012 SP2. It worked. The 3DExperience client is working fine on the same local workstation. The client can be launched. Username was created with the proper authoring privileges. Parts can be saved in DB.
3. I have an issue that is a showstopper. When I end my session and close the client like any other windows program (the “x” button of the upper right window) , I cannot start another session on the client side. Launching the 3DExperienceR2014x client gives me a “Data Restoration” window. I can either Restore, launch a new Session, or exit. Trying to restore or launching a new session brings me back to the login window. I log in. Then, 2 windows pop up. One is “Runtime exception – The session needs to be restarted; we apologize for the inconvenience”. The other is “3DEXPERIENCE.exe – Incident Report Manager Message - Exiting process – The Incidence Report Manager is trying to get unexpected behavior context of the guarded application. Please just wait, this operation may take a moment.
The only way I found to make the client work again is to go on the server and restart “Apache TomEE (ENOVIAV6R2014x)” service. Anybody knows a way around this? I would like to setup a server on a VPN and do some crazy projects with engineer buddies… for fun.
4. Any CATIA designers out there? What are your thoughts? I was familiar with CATIA V6R2013. I found that 90% of the interface was CATIA V5. But this… What? Only one toolbar stuck below the screen? Even if the commands are the same, I feel like learning an entirely new CAD.
5. Anybody tried this with a touch screen? The interface screams “touch me”…

Полностью присоединяюсь к благодарностям в адрес Solidsquad и Gellmar, Спасибо ребята!!!
И параллельно, прошу помочь разобраться в следующей моей проблемке.
Программу установил, всё открывается и работает (ещё раз Спасибо!!!) Тестовые модельки создаю и сохраняю, и даже нахожу эти сохраненные файлы на портале Enovia (т.е. нахожу их через Search Refinement, но иконки файлов выглядят как разорванные бумажки) и на этом счастье заканчивается. С портала эти файлы не открываются, а 3DEXPERIENCE их упорно не видит и не находит.
При попытках самостоятельно разобраться используя документацию, упёрся в то, что у моего PLMADM во вкладке add нет раздела Collaborative Space (если это, конечно действительно требуется), соответственно не могу создать 3DSpace. Назначил PLMADM все роли в переименованной моей компании, но и это ситуацию не изменило.
Подскажите, пожалуйста, что нужно сделать, что бы в итоге видеть модели на портале и открывать их для дальнейшей работы в 3DEXPERIENCE?
