From iFly's discord: Important: The MSFS 2024 SU3 beta broke some external effects. This is the inherent problem with incremental beta versions of MSFS 2024. In the external view, you may see issues with: Red Beacon Light, Red & Green Nav Light, White Nav Light, and Strobe Light...We can only wait to see if this is an issue with MSFS 2024 or something we would need to address later.
This is an issue with the genuine version as well, it is all over the forums.
Is rest all working fine? If so, then please write all the steps that you performed to get it to work and what version of MSFS 2024 you are using, so anyone trying to install it can closely follow the steps. I will appreciate it!

I did everything as you wrote.
1) Two folders ifly-aircraft-737max8 and ifly-aircraft-Data in the Community folder
2) Edited .ini files
3) Replaced 737MAX_Plugin.exe from the downloaded folder
4) Launch 737MAX_Plugin.exe, launching FS 2024
And the cockpit is not clickable, I can only move the spoiler lever halfway with the mouse.
In 737MAX_Plugin.exe there is Dfault Packages Folder - Custom Folder it does not point to the folder with the aircraft - is this correct?
For the 'download.ini' file this (C:\Users\ **** \AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Community\ifly-aircraft-737max8\Data\Tool\id_downloaded_file.xml) is just a sample.
You have to type the path to your 'Community' folder, wherever it is.
For your 737MAX_Plugin.exe query, wherever your packages folder is, just point it to that.
All of this is just to make sure that you did everything correctly.

If you have bricked your MAX8 installation, you have two options:

Regenerate your layout.json file (this may or may not work) by downloading the MSFSLayoutGenerator.exe from https://github.com/HughesMDflyer4/MSFSLayoutGenerator/releases/tag/v1.1.1 and placing it in the Community\fly-aircraft-737max8 folder (go to the iFly Manager Settings to open it), then drag and drop the layout.json file on top of the MSFSLayoutGenerator.exe file. It should regenerate the file and the iFly MAX8 may now load.
Even genuine version has a ton of issues on iFly's discord and MSFS forums for example here: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/ifly-737-max-is-coming-to-msfs/538169/661?page=30 there are quite some users having stuck loading screen and airplane unusable after installing new AIRAC.
This experimental version requires some cleaning and clearing of conflicts to work, that is how the current state of the genuine aircraft is.

Updating AIRAC has never been an issue with anyone that I know who has v1.0.2. Pretty unique.
For me AIRAC 2507 works perfectly fine on v1.0.2.

FlightMB, thank you for posting and replies to people. I followed instructions here and it works in latest 2024 SU3 with the alternative older plugin provided. I find that if exit the sim, you MUST exit the ifly plugin and re-open it before launching the sim again.
If you do not do this, close the sim (it may have hung and require force-quit) then delete the max8 WASM folder. Now open the ifly plugin and finally open the sim. It's tricky to keep stable but after a day of going through it, this is my finding.

Эх так и ни чего не получилось.
Версия 1.0.2 с этой раздачи становится кликабельной но летать не возможно из-за неисправностей, завалены органы управления, не запускаются двигатели и т.д.
Версия 1.0.4 вообще ни как не хочет работать!
Так и пришлось покупать! 
Вот ж б...! При обновлении AIRAC даже купленный становится трупиком!

v1.0.2 works without any hiccup as far I know so maybe you are doing something the wrong way.
I told you about the AIRAC breaking the genuine version. It breaks the airplane since it is quite unstable, although once you get the steps right then it flies like a charm!

Для стимовской версии мсфс2024, у которой папка для модулей: C:\Users\<login>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Packages\Community
Всё делаем как по инструкции, но с учётом того, что должно быть две папки Tool. Первая, куда скопировали осоновные папки модуля, т.е. тут примерно:
C:\Users\<login>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Packages\Community\ifly-aircraft-737max8\Data\Tool
и вторую папку Tool нужно создать и расположить в любом другом месте, на рабочем столе, другом диске. Главное чтобы это была не системная папка.
Во вторую папку Tool скопировать всё содержимое из исходной папки Tool, за исключением экзешника. В папке C:\Users\<login>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Packages\Community\ifly-aircraft-737max8\Data\Tool всё должно остаться как в архиве.
И как раз из архива 737MAX_Plugin кидаем экзешник во вторую папку Tool.
Далее. Или исправляем пути в ини-файлах как по инструкции. Или запускаем экзешник 737MAX_Plugin из папки C:\Users\<login>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Packages\Community\ifly-aircraft-737max8\Data\Tool и жмём на кнопку "Дэфаульт Пакагес Фолдер". Действительный путь васм-а сам пропишется в файле config.ini.
В файле download.ini придётся вручную указывать путь к файлу. Главное, что бы он был верным. Примерно такой:
idfilename = C:\Users\<login>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Packages\Community\ifly-aircraft-737max8\Data\Tool\id_downloaded_file.xml
Теперь эти два файла кидаем во вторую папку Tool.
Дальше наверно танцы с бубном.)) Что бы айФлай зафурычил, нужно сначала запустить мсфс24, дождаться когда загрузимся в главное окно сима как на видео, и только после этого запускать экзешник 737MAX_Plugin из второй папки папки Tool, в которой излеченный, или скорее всего, из самой старой, т.б. первой версии айФлая.
Признаком что айФлай зафурычил, будет наличие планшета в кабине.
Чтобы обновить АЙРАК. Поступаем по инструкции от всемогущего Seedtorrent-а!)) Но, не забываем проделать работу, как завещал велликолепный Ugeen70119, кинуть файлик layout.json на экзешник MSFSLayoutGenerator, предварительно грохнув папку WASM.

There are very easily noticeable bugs that are persistent in the airplane that your provided link gives. Essentially system wise the airplane is still on an older version.
For example a remedy to this bug: YAW Damper Light (delay is 2 seconds, instead of 3 seconds) was dished out in v1.0.3 of this aircraft.
Go on and use the airplane from your link, you will notice that the light delay is still 2 seconds.
Next bug: PLIs showing on ground was fixed in v1.0.4.0
Again, go on and use the airplane from your link, extend the flaps while on the ground and PLIs will still appear. PLI stands for 'Pitch Limit Indicator', it is those 'eyebrows' that tell you the pitch limit to stay under. Given the current weight and configuration.
So all in all, it is an older version of iFly 737 MAX for MSFS 2020. I did notice a few texture differences and I am pretty solid that they seem to be modified, but these 2/3 textures do not reflect the current state of genuine aircraft.
You can also watch several streams on YouTube where you can clearly notice that these above mentioned bugs along with the rest of the bugs are not present thus confirming that only this supposedly newer version is not what it claims to be!

Короче купленный IFLY ломает файл навигации "WPNAVAID.txt" C:\Users\....\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Community\ifly-aircraft-737max8\Data\navdata\Permanent.
И что с этим файлом не так понять не могу.
Все остальные файлы AIRAC меняются без сбоев.

Скорее всего, у вас что-то не того в вашей мастерской, ремесленный процесс не получил надлежащей точки завершения. Попробуйте выполнить весь цикл тщательно и с проверкой каждого шага. По идеи, ремесло должно вернуться.)

Чувствую что истина где-то рядом, вот где?!))) Мне кажется, что плагин почему-то не работает, в библиотеке самоль есть, ссылки прописаны правильно, но плагин самолет не грузит

Плагин не самолёт грузит, а подключает управление им к симу...
Для iFly-737MAX8 (v.1.0.4) + MSFS-2024 (SU3), делается так:
1) Две папки ( не архивы!) ifly-aircraft-737max8 и ifly-aircraft-Data добавить в папку ***\LocalCache\Packages\Community.
2) Скопировать папку ifly-aircraft-737max8\Data\Tool, можно в корень диска и переименовать её, например в ifly-aircraft-CRC.
3) В папке ifly-aircraft-CRC заменить 737MAX_Plugin.exe (v.1.0.4.0) файлом из архива 737MAX_Plugin.rar (v.1.0.0.1).
4) В папке ifly-aircraft-CRC отредактировать два файла: config.ini и download.ini.
Заменить в них C:\Users\aaron\AppData\Local на %LOCALAPPDATA%.
В config.ini получится:

7) Запустить 737MAX_Plugin.exe из папки ifly-aircraft-CRC и свернуть окно.
