Краткая информация: "Ophthalamia" - это некий вымышленный мир, придуманный IT. Богиней данного мира является женщина-демон, именуемая Elishia. IT также описал некоторые места этого мира, животных, населяющих этот мир, а также язык его обитателей. Все песни данного проекта являются историями об этом вымышленном мире. Ophthalamia появилась в 1989 году. Первым вокалистом был All, но был заменен Shadow (на "A Journey In Darkness"). Затем и Shadow был заменен Легионом на "Via Dolorosa", а после того как Легион ушел в
Marduk в группу вернулся All.
