The reissue of the long-unavailable result of the collaboration between Arsen Dedić and the poet (and friend) Zvonimir Golob, gave a new opportunity to enjoy a classic piece of representative Croatian chanson.
More relevant today than ever due to the real flood - as Arsen himself would say - of pseudo chansonniers and a couple of chansonniers who try to give "chansonnier meaning" with thin verses and banal melodies at provincial festivals.
The collection of ten chansons, in addition to the most famous anthology "common places" that have resisted oblivion and the onset of mass musical distaste - the theme of Sundays and Weddings will not be there - offers at least four or five more timeless hits that are much more than a reminder of the better past of domestic pop music and pranks.
